About Us

A family Farm

“We are family farmers devoted to raising the best fresh, wholesome potatoes possible. Our family farm operation now spans four generations and every year we serve thousands of consumers all across America through our retail partners.

Sustainability for us boils down to producing as much quality, wholesome food for others as we can, while optimizing the resources we use to do it. Sustainability means taking care of our people and our families and protecting our soil, water and air for future generations. That’s our mission here every day.”

High Tech Production

Computers, GPS, Artificial Intelligence and sensors empower more precise use of nutrients, water and other inputs.

We study DNA tests of our soil and apply naturally occurring biologicals to improve nutrient uptake and control pests. At harvest time, our state-of-the-art processing plant features hundreds of sensors and cameras used to guarantee our customers get the correct size, and best quality potato in the shortest amount of time. All while keeping food safety a main priority.

A Commitment to Quality

It’s our mission to produce the very best potatoes possible. Monitoring the crop throughout the season, assures the best, most efficient use of water and fertilizer to optimize plant health. This precise management of the plant’s lifecycle boosts the nutritional value of the potatoes growing underground and results in the best possible fresh produce for American consumers.
